海南省疟疾发病率与防治措施和社会经济发展的关联度分析 作 者：张志明 【摘要】 目的 分析 2001～2010年海南省疟疾发病率与防治措施和社会经济发展的关联度，为其他地区控制和消除疟疾提供经验和借鉴。 方法 收集海南省各市县 2001～2010年疟疾疫情、常住人口和流动人口疟疾监测数据, 各种抗疟措施执行情况和社会经济发展指标用灰色关联分析系统进行统计分析。 结果 流行季节预防服药和地方财政收入与2001～2010年疟疾发病率的关联度最大。流行季节预防服药的关联系数R1 =0.751677，地方财政收入的关联度为r5=0.764795，其他防治措施与疟疾发病率的关联度由高到低依次为休止期全民治疗、杀虫剂浸泡（处理）蚊帐、滞留喷洒；社会经济发展其他因素与疟疾发病率的关联度由高到低海南省生产总值、海南省生产总值、农村居民家庭人均纯收入、全省农业人口数、农村人均住宅面积。 结论 疟疾防治措施和当地经济发展与海南省2001～2010年疟疾发病率下降有关联关系，流行季节预防服药和地方财政收入与2001-2010 年疟疾发病率的关联度最大。 关键词：疟疾发病率; 防治措施; 灰色关联度 The correlation of malaria prevention measures and socialeconomic development of malaria incidence in hainan province Author:Zhang Zhi ming Tutor: Wang Shan qing 【 abstract 】 objective To analysis the correlation between prevention measures and social economic and incidence of malaria of hainan province from 2001 to 2010.To provide experience and reference for other areas.
