11. If you were a manager, what would you do if the members of your department did not get along very well? A：if I were a manager ,I think my responsibility is to encourage people to dedicated to company goals. good management requires understanding human nature so people can be motivated to fulfill their potential. So I’d like to know as much about each individual as I could, professionally as well as personally. If members of my department don’t get along very well, firstly I will start by listening, actually listen to different voice. secondly ,I will analysis the reason and find a way to solve it based on the fact. Then I will talk to them and share my thoughts with them. But if you are a doctor or engineer, whether you gain success or not may not connected with language ability too much.
