Course Rationale: This course was designed to provide you with an opportunity to the knowledge and confidence about certain topics and in a number of skills that will help you be successful leaders of change in today’s schools, college or university. Conduct of the Course: The course is divided into two sections. A brief list of topics, goals and /or objectives or key questions related to each section follows. These serve to give a general direction to each class but are not intended to restrict your learning. Topics: Underlined parts indicate possible topics for reading cards.
