2013中国灌溉展 2013 China Irrigation Show 一、前言 Background Information 中国是一个农业大国，人口多、耕地少、水资源紧缺、水旱灾害频繁，特殊的气候、地理等自然条件以及社会条件决定了中国农业必须走灌溉农业的发展道路，灌溉农业是发展农业生产不可替代的基础条件，是保证国家粮食安全的主要支撑。目前，我国灌溉事业取得了很大的成就，但也面临着严重的挑战，农业灌溉用水量占全国总用水量的90%，然而70%的农田处于严重缺水状态，水资源短缺已经成为中国社会经济可持续发展的主要制约因素。因此发展灌溉节水技术设备和综合节水措施是我国未来解决水资源短缺的有力武器。“大力发展节水农业，把推广节水灌溉作为一项革命性的措施来抓，是扩大农田有效灌溉面积有效的手段。 China is a large agricultural country with a large population, lack of arable land, water resource shortage, frequent disasters of flood and drought. These special geography and natural conditions combined with the current social conditions determine the irrigation feature of agriculture development in China, which is the irreplaceable fundamental condition and the main support for national food security. Presently the irrigation industry has made great achievements, but also face serious challenges as 70% of the farmland is in a state of severe water shortages although their water consumption accounts 90% of the total water use. Water shortage problem has become a major constraint on sustainable economic development. Therefore developing water saving irrigation technology and equipment as well as comprehensive water saving measures are the powerful weapon to solve water shortage problem in the future.
