变速箱机构座工艺及夹具设计
摘 要
伴随着一波又一波的购车热,中国汽车业十分火热,同时带动了作为主要汽配行业--变速箱产业的发展。改进工艺降低生产成本成为一种必然。基于此种原因,本文就传统的变速机构座进行分析,优化工艺规程设计,并对加工过程中的机床夹具进行了优化设计。工件加工的工艺规程设计和夹具设计是本次设计的重点。
本文对变速机构座进行了介绍,利用AutoCAD软件绘制相关的零件图。对变速机构座客体进行工艺性分析,合理选择确定了工件主要加工表面的加工方法,制定了工艺路线。并认真的作了相关工序的科学计算。最后,根据相关工作结果,运用AutoCAD中的块属性功能绘制并填写机械加工工艺过程卡和工序卡。
本文作者还进行了机床的夹具设计。结合工件的加工工艺要求,对工件的装夹性能行了分析,经过分析论证,得出工件定位采用典型的“一面两销”定位方式。夹紧操作时采用铰链压板进行压和缩紧螺母配合的夹紧机构。基于加工时的工艺特性,夹具采用翻转式结构。其次,根据夹具的结构特性绘制零件图。
由于本次设计的要求,对夹具进行了三维实体造型。Pro/Engineer(简称Pro/E)是当前世界上最先进和紧密集成的、面向机械制造行业的CAD/CAE/CAM高端软件。本次设计是基于软件Pro/E5.0版的实体建模模块,对夹具体进行三维实体造型。

Abstract
Along with the car buying heat waves, Chinese automobile industry is very fiery, also led to the development of gearbox industry as main auto parts industry.Improved process to reduce production cost has become a necessity.For this reason, this paper analyses the transmission mechanism of the traditional seat, optimization of process planning, and the optimized design of the machine tool fixture for machining process.Workpiece machining process design and fixture design is the focus of this design.
This paper introduces the transmission mechanism, and according to the surveying and mapping results, draw the relevant parts of the map using AutoCAD software. Analyze the transmission mechanism base object, choosing the reasonable processing method mainly machining surface of the workpiece is determined, the process route.And seriously the process of scientific computing. Finally, according to the results of relevant work, using block attribute function in AutoCAD to draw and fill in the machining process card and process card.
