变速箱壳体销孔精镗组合机床设计 ee （ee） 指导教师：ee [摘要] 组合机床是以通用部件为基础，配以按工件特定形状和加工工艺设计的专用部件和夹具，组成的半自动或自动专用机床，它能够实现大批量零件的加工，快捷高效，生产效率高。本组合机床要求能实现先铰后精镗加工。在了解组合机床的基本配置方式、工艺范围、加工精度、经济分析及发展趋势以及组合机床的各通用部件的功能及特点的基础上，进行组合机床的总体设计和多轴箱设计。具体要做的工作是分析影响组合机床方案制定的主要因素，制定工艺，确定机床配置型式及结构方案，完成 “三图一卡”，并在“三图一卡”的基础上绘制多轴箱设计的原始依据图，选择主轴结构型式，设计传动方案并绘制销孔精镗加工时的多轴箱装配总图。 本机床完全能满足加工要求，与传统的机床相比，本机床具有自动化程度高，生产率高，精度高等优点。 [关键词] 组合机床；变速箱；三图一卡；多轴箱 Combination Machine Tool Design of The Pin Holes Fine Boring of Gearbox Housing ee (ee) Tutor：ee Abstract：The combination of machine tools based on generic components, together with a dedicated parts and fixtures of a particular workpiece shape and the process design, forms a semi-automatic or automatic special purpose machine, it can realize the processing of large quantities of parts and has the characters of fast efficient and high production efficiency. This combination machine is able to achieve the processing of fine boring after the first hinge. Basing on understanding the basic configuration of the machine tool, the range of technology, precision machining, economic analysis and development trends, as well as the function and characteristics of common components of the machine tool ,we perform the overall design of the machine tool and the design of multi-axle box .The first specific work to do is to analyze the main factors to affect the machine tool programming, the second one is to formulate the process, the third is to the determine the configuration type and structure of programs of the machine ,and the four one is to complete the three figure and one card. Finally, the work needed to be done is to draw the original basis for Fig of the multi-axle box design on the basis of completing the three figure and one card, select the type of spindle structure, and design the transmission scheme and draw the general drawing of the multi-axle box assembly when the fine boring processing the of pin hole is going.
