夏枯草对草酸结石小鼠钙代谢及肾脏组织结构的影响 李静( 胡国全 桂敬强 贺绍君 刘德义 陈会良 靳二辉 (安徽科技学院 动物科学学院 安徽省凤阳县东华路9号 233100) 摘要:目的 探讨夏枯草对草酸结石小鼠的钙代谢及肾脏组织结构的影响。方法用乙二醇和氯化铵诱结石,夏枯草干预,28d,测定血清中钙和磷含量,测定肝脏、右侧肾脏和脑组织匀浆中的钙含量,左肾用于制作HE染色切片。结果 结石组肾钙显著高于对照组(P0.05),而夏枯草组肾钙显著低于结石组(P0.05),与对照组差异不显著。各组的血清、肝、脑组织匀浆中钙含量差异均不显著。结石组的肾小管腔中分布大量散在的透明草酸钙晶体,夏枯草组肾组织未见草酸钙晶体沉积,且肾小管扩张情况明显缓解。结论 夏枯草可减少草酸结石小鼠的肾钙含量,减缓肾小管的扩张,保护肾小管上皮细胞组织结构,可做为防治草酸结石的辅助药物。 关键词:夏枯草;草酸结石;肾;Effect of Prunella vulgaris L. on Calcium Metabolism and Renal Structure of Calcium Oxalate Stones in Mice LI Jing* , Hu Guo-quan, Gui Jing-qiang, He Shao-jun, Liu De-yi, Chen Hui-liang Jin Er-hui (College of Animal Science, Anhui Science and Technology University, Fengyang, Anhui 233100, China) Abstract: Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Prunella vulgaris L. on calcium oxalate stones in mice of calcium metabolism and renal structure. Method The mice with calcium oxalate stone formation were induced by 1% ethylene glycol and 1% ammonium chloride, meanwhile used Prunella vulgaris L. as intervening factors. After 28 days, the calcium and phosphorus content was measured in serum. The content of calcium in liver,right kidney and brain organization homogenate were detected.Histological section of left kidney were made HE staining. The calcium content and phosphate content in kidney tissues a was determined. Histological section of kidney were made HE staining. Results That calcium levels in renal tissue of Oxalate Calcium Stone group was significantly higher than normal control group(P0.05), calcium levels in renal tissue of Prunella vulgaris L. Oxalate Calcium Stone group was significantly lower than Oxalate Calcium Stone group(P0.05), and than normal control group was no significant differences. The content of calcium in liver and brain organization homogenate in each groups was no significant differences.
