STK VENDOR’S QUALITY REQUIREMENTS新科动力对的一般 第4版(01/2003) These guideline have been complied to ensure that quality requirements for the supply of materials and/or services to STK are fulfilled by vendors concerned. The guidelines are based on selected quality elements of the ISO 9000 standards that are essential to the supply. 本手册的编制，确保供方达到所供STK的资料和/或服务的质量要求， 以供货必要的ISO 9000标准质量要素为根据。 1. Purchase order review 定单审查 a) All vendors are required to review the purchase order to ensure that requirements stated therein can be fulfilled. 要求所有供方审查定单，确保能满足此中规定的要求。 b) It is important that any doubts are clarified before committing to the purchase order. 下定单之前要澄清任何疑点，这是很重要。 2. Document and data 文档和数据 a) Vendors are to ensure that the all drawings and specifications supplied by STK are complete, correct and approved. The vendor shall feedback any documents error detected during the course of work. 供方确保STK图纸和技术参数是完整、正确、经批准的。供方在相关工作期间若发现文档有误，应既刻反馈。 b) No duplicates are allowed to be made. 不允许复制所提供的文件。 c) Steps must be taken to replace any documents upon receipt with updated documents from STK. 在收到更新文档时，必须替换文档。 All superseded documents must be returned to STK or destroyed as instructed. 所有被换掉的文档必须还给STK或按规定销毁。 3. Subcontracting of jobs外协 a) Complete subcontracting of jobs is forbidden without written consent from STK. If subcontracting is allowed, the subcontractor must be approved by STK. 供方是不允许把整个外协任务再外协给另外协给另一个供应商。如有任何再外协的意图，则协作方必须经STK批准。 b) Subcontracting of certain operations or process may be permitted, provided: 下列情况，可以允许特定操作或工艺的外协： i) the vendor does not have the facility or capacity to carry out the operation or process; 供方没有工厂或能力进行的部分操作或工艺 ii) the subcontractor must be qualified by the vendor or have been approved by STK; 外协方必须经供方准予或经STK批准 iii) STK must be informed of the subcontracted operation or process. 必须将外协操作或工艺通知STK。 Subcontractor’s inspection documents (if any) shall form part of the required quality records for the o
