比较PFNA与股骨近端锁定板治疗老年性股骨转子间骨折的临床研究 赵占富 张志敏 黄春霞 王钢 (山西省临汾市人民医院骨科 ， 山西 临汾 041000) 　　 摘要：［目的］ 探讨股骨近端锁定钛板(PFLCP)和股骨近端髓内钉固定系统 (PFNA) 治疗老年性转子间骨折的临床疗效。［方法］本组研究收集自2013.12-2015.12月76例老年性股骨转子间骨折的临床患者，分别选择PFNA及股骨近端锁定板两种方式进行手术治疗。观测指标包括：手术总时间、术中出血量、术后骨折愈合时间、Harris评分及并发症发生率。［结果］76例患者均获得随访，随访时间平均为21个月。PFNA 组与PFLCP组比较，PFNA组手术时间短、术中出血量少、骨折愈合时间短，差异有统计学意义 (p0. 05)。术后两组髋关节Harris评分无统计学意义 (p0. 05)。［结论］ PFNA手术方式治疗老年性股骨转子间骨折手术创伤小、术中出血量少、术后并发症发生率低，临床疗效满意。 关键词: PFNA，股骨近端锁定板，老年性，转子间骨折 Comparing PFNA and proximal femoral locking plate for the treatment of senile femoral fractures between rotor clinical studies Zhao ZF, Zhang ZM, Huang CX, Wang G.Department of Orthopaedics, The Linfen people’s Hospital \ Linfen, Shanxi, China, 041000. 临汾市科技攻关项目（编号：2014149）作者简介：赵占富，男，本科，主任医师，研究方向：创伤骨科，Email: Focus_2@163.com, TEL Abstract: [objective] To explore the proximal femoral locking titanium plate (PFLCP) and proximal femoral intramedullary nail fixation system (PFNA) for the treatment of senile fracture between rotor clinical curative effect.
