扁钢精整生产线控制系统设计

摘 要
本文设计了一种利用PLC实现精密扁钢精整的自动控制系统。介绍了扁钢精整的生产工艺和控制要求,并阐述了该控制系统的硬件组成和软件实现。精密扁钢精整装备是用于锅炉膜式水冷壁制造的关键设备之一,用于对退火后的扁钢原材料进行尺寸精整、矫平、矫直,使之尺寸和形状达到焊前要求。扁钢在精整过程中,易产生尺寸精度不高、长度方向存在竹节型缺陷等问题,因此有效控制扁钢的精整过程可提高精密扁钢的生产质量、保障电站锅炉膜式水冷壁的焊接质量。
随着电子技术的发展,可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)由于其较高的灵敏度和可靠性等原因而广泛应用于机械、化工、轻工等领域。因此,我们采用先进的PLC控制,使故障率大为降低,提高了系统的可靠性,实现了精整量与传动速度的匹配、加工参数的任意设定、定长切断和计数、自动下料等功能,实现了扁钢精整生产线控制。

The design of finishing flat steel production line control system

Abstract
A kind of automatic control system that uses PLC to achieve Precision flat steel finishing is designed in this paper. It introduces the production process and control requirements of flat steel finishing, and describes hardware components and software to achieve of this control system. The precision flat steel finishing equipment is one of key equipment that is used to manufacture membrane water wall, and used to finishing size, hand-ping, straightening to flat steel raw materials after annealing, so as to make Size and shape meet the requirements of welding. In the finishing process, flat steel is easy to produce the problems that dimensional accuracy is not high, and the length direction exists defect such as bamboo-type. So effective control of flat steel finishing process can improve the precision flat steel production quality, and ensure welding quality of power boiler membrane water wall.
With the development of electronic technology, programmable logic controller(PLC) are widely used in machinery, chemical industry, light industry and other fields because of its high sensitivity and reliability.
