As the great changes of social-economic formation even economic structure form in the 21st century ,the society has been transformed from the industrial society to knowledge society,?human resources also had great changes under the background of this era,?recruitment has become the hot spot of human resources.As the changes of enterprise recruiting demand elasticity,?in a particular stage of development and the specific cultural background,in front of the post demand elasticity,it has become an important problem of enterprise recruiting is that ?enterprise need what kind of talents.While hiring requirement analysis is the important work of analysising talent requirement types and talent planning during a series of recruitment activities.Completing the enterprise recruitment requirements analysis is becoming a urgent thing in the enterprise.
This paper divides recruitment requirement analysis into four parts.
The first part mainly analyzes the importance of recruiting requirement analysis in recruitment and recruiting requirement analysis’ important meaning for recruitment according to recruitment requirements analysis theory.
The second part is mainly according to the specific situation of the enterprise internal hiring, enumerating the necessity of enterprise recruitment requirements analysis. Recruitment requirements analysis is the foundation of the enterprise recruitment, according to the present situation of the enterprise, and it can enumerate the problems existing in the current corporate recruitment requirements analysis. Enterprise internal analysis mainly analyse the specific needs of the type and demand quantity of talent, by the analysis of the natural attrition of enterprise human resources recruitment, the change of enterprise business making the existing personnel cannot meet the need of the enterprise and the existing human resource configuration is unreasonable.
