摘 要
在企业人力资源管理的过程中,薪资管理是一个重要组成部分。只有用系统性的方法进行管理,才能保证人力资源配置达到最优水平,规划出合理的薪资管理政策,建立和完善企业的薪资管理系统。同时。薪资管理是企业管理中最基础的部分。薪资在某种程度上能够激励员工。而这种激励机制是管理中十分有效的一个环节。现在已经有越来越多的企业选择激励机制来参与市场竞争。但是,薪资也是经营成本重要组成部分,薪资支出的增长会减低产品的竞争力,并且会使整个企业的盈利能力降低。所以,为了完成合理的人力资源配置,做到知才善用,应该加快激励机制的系统化建设,不断完善企业内部的激励机制,让企业的发展翻开新的篇章。
在笔者对上海航星洗机厂薪酬管理进行较为系统的分析后发现,此企业的领导阶层没有建立有效的激励机制,薪酬的管理混乱,原本以绩效为依据进行薪酬管理的办法,已经不能适应企业发展的现状,而且薪酬与福利费没有发挥应有的激励作用。
