徐汇区地理信息系统(GIS)页面设计摘 要 地理信息系统是随着地理科学、计算机技术、遥感技术和信息科学的发展而发展起来的一个学科。GIS应用的快速发展，越来越多的GIS系统的建立使这些系统必须整合成为一个更强大更方便的系统。本文的目的在于对城市管理和规划有所帮助，可以直观的去了解区域内的主要信息。本项目基于空间信息可视化处理技术，研究区域科技资源，同时融合经济地理位置信息,构架区域科技资源数据中心，以及动态信息发布、评估决策的信息系统示范软件。 在区域科技资源评估、决策系统中，将为区域内的科研单位，高科技企业，行业协会和政府提供科技信息资源，并以WEB 方式进行科技经济信息资源检索、查询服务，快速地形成评估、决策方案的科技资源决策评估地理信息系统。GIS，C#编程语言，.NET平台，菜单界面，SQL数据库，HTML语言，GIS可视化样式 ABSTRACT Geographic information system has developed, with the advancement of Geography science, computer science, remote sensing technology and information science. As a result of GIS more widely used, much more GIS systems were established. It inevitably causes the union of the systems in order to apply in a more formidable and more convenient system. This article goal lies in to the help of the city management and the plan. We can catch on the main information in the region directly. This project is the information system demonstration software, which bases on spatial information visualization processing technology, studying region science and technology resources, simultaneously fusing economic geography positional information, the date central of skeleton region science and technology resources, issuing the dynamic information, appraising, making policy. In the region science and technology resources appraisal, decision system, it will provide science and technology information resources for the scientific research corporations, the high tech enterprises, the profession associations and the government in the region. Then, it provides the technical economic information resources retrieval, inquiry services by the WEB way. Forms the appraisal, policy-making plan technical resources decision-making appraisal geographic information system.
