中美“翻转课堂”比较及其思考

摘 要 该文以萨尔曼?汗“翻转课堂”实验和美国林地公园高中、中国重庆江津聚奎中学和江苏省木渎高级中学的“翻转课堂”实验为蓝本,通过教学结构、教学方式、教学环境、教学理念等方面的比较分析,提出适合我国中小学校实验操作的自主学习“翻转课堂”和协作探究“翻转课堂”两种渐次提升的实验模型,初步阐述了开展这两种“翻转课堂”实验的具体要求,并就“翻转课堂”实验中涉及到的教师影响力的重要性,以及电教事业面临的机遇和挑战提出了自己的见解,对于实验“翻转课堂”、课程改革中的教学结构、教学方式、教学环境和教学理念等方面的创新变革,具有现实意义。

Summary:
In this paper,The authors studied the case on flipped classroom to presided over Salman Khan, and the case on flipped classroom in Woodland Park High School, Jukui Middle School in Chongqing, and Mudu High School in Jiangsu.
Through the analysis of the similarities and differences in the teaching structure, teaching methods, teaching environments and teaching ideas between China and the United States on the flipped classroom , put forward two models of the self-learning, Collaborative inquiry on the flipped classroom .Which are enhance the models.
The primary earth expounded to carry out the specific requirements of the flipped classroom experiment. And the influence of teachers is seen as the key to success or failure on the flip classroom. The authors had put forward his own views about opportunities and challenges faced by the educational technology community.
This is a very practical sense that for Innovation and Change on the flip classroom, on Teaching structure, teaching methods, teaching environment and teaching idea of the curriculum reform.

自从萨尔曼?汗在TED作了《用视频再造教育》的精彩演讲之后,有关“翻转课堂”的各种模式及其反响的译文,源源不断地出现在教育类网站和报刊杂志上。有意思的是,当国内外兴起“翻转课堂”热之前,早在上世纪八十年代,我国基础教育界已经出现过类似今天“翻转课堂”教学实验。将今昔、中美“翻转课堂”教改实验做一个比照分析,对于深化基础教育课程改革具有现实意义。
一、美国“翻转课堂”实验
㈠萨尔曼?汗“翻转课堂”实验
孟加拉裔美国人萨尔曼?汗最初因为帮助表亲纳迪亚学习数学,开始在YouTube上传视频。萨尔曼?汗的教学视频里看不到他本人,只有虚拟黑板、彩笔、光标和同步会话配音。纳迪亚说,更喜欢“自动版的表亲”,因为可以随意地让“萨尔曼?汗”暂停、重复和快进,而不必担心浪费他的时间。透过调侃
