沈 阳 理 工 大 学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：本量利分析在中国石化扬子 石油化工有限公司中的应用 学 院： 经济与管理学院 专 业： 会计应用本科 学生姓名： 指导教师： 2013 年 10 月25日 摘 要 管理的重心在经营，经营的中心在决策。决策的正确与否关系到一个企业的生存与发展。企业在进行经营决策时，一定要谨慎从事。要采用科学方法进行预测分析，对企业的实际情况进行分析、研究、预测，然后进行决策。本量利分析法就是一种切实可行的方法。本量利分析又称盈亏平衡分析、保本分析，是运用成本—产销量—利润三者之间相互关系来确定盈亏平衡点，从而预测企业盈亏状况的一种定量分析方法。它通过对企业一定时期和一定业务量范围内的固定成本、变动成本、销售量、销售单价、利润等变量之间数量关系进行目标成本、目标产销量和目标利润的预测，为制定成本计划、产销量计划和利润计划提供了重要依据，进而优化企业的经营管理活动，改善企业的利润水平。 本文以本量利分析方法的基本原理为依据，通过对中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司财务数据的收集，利用建立模型的分析方法在计算机环境下对中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司的财务状况进行盈亏平衡分析以及经营安全性分析，进而进行本量利的优化，对各种变动成本进行压缩，寻求控制和降低成本减亏增盈的途径和方法，并结合公司的实际状况提出减亏增盈的具体建议。 关键词：中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司；本量利分析；盈亏平衡；安全边际 Abstract The center of management lies in business, the focus of business lies in making decision. Whether the decision is true or fause determines a enterprise’s survival and development. Enterprises must act with caution while carrying on the business decision. It is necessary to adopt the scientific method to predict and analyse the factual condition, then carry on decision. The Cost-Volume-Profit Analysis approach of this quantity is a kind of feasible method. The CVPA also called the blance analysis of profit and loss, the analysis of keeping cost. it use output - cost - profit three interreaction confirm the balance point of profit and loss, thus predict a kind of quantitative analytical method of enterprises profit and loss state. It passes the fixed cost, variable cost, sales volume, selling price , profit variable quantitative relation in the portfolio range to a regular period of enterprise, carry on output goals , cost goals, profit goals, have offered the important basis for making plans of cost price , plans of output value and plans of profit, and then optimize the operational and managerial activities of enterprises , improve the profit levels of enterprises.
