Workshop for WebLogic is an eclispe-based IDE that comes with every copy of WebLogic Server. Over time it will be replaced by OEPE. Oracle offers framework choice as well. Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) which is tuned and tested with OFM as well as open source alternatives including Spring. * * * Rich Internet Applications are often associated with Web 2.0 Most of RIA is a client experience that you and I would see and interact with on our desktops.
