摘? 要 本文主要介绍了1000克 注塑机及其液压系统的设计,分析了液压注塑机的工作原理和工作过程,基于老式的注塑机改良了液压系统的控制系统.最终结果表明注塑机能满足生产的需要,具有安全性,稳定性,结构简单,价格低廉的特点.同时也介绍了一些必要的设备保养方面的知识,介绍了液压传动相比于电气传动,机械传动的优点和今后注塑机的发展方向和研究重点. 简略分析了我国注塑机的发展现状与技术水平，指出了我国注塑机在总体技术水平、机械机构和结构、控制系统等诸方面与国外先进水平的差距，提出了今后的研制重点和发展方向。根据给定数据，计算各油缸直径及油缸压力流量和功率，拟定液压系统方案。选择液压元件对液压系统进行性能验算。设计集成阀及液压站，最后对整个设计作总结。 ? 关键词：注塑机,液压系统,液压缸,排液量,阀,液压泵 ? ? ABSTRACT The common design of 1000g injection machine and its hydraulic system were introduced .The principle and the movement course of the hydraulic injection machine were analyzed .The hydraulic system and the movement control system were developed based on the olds .The final result shows that the injection machine can meet the require of the production and has the characters of security and credibility ,simple structure and low cost .Some of the necessary protection strategies were put forward .Development directions and study focus were point out .The advantages of the hydraulic power transmission compared with the electrical ,mechanical were introduced. The present situation and technology status of the plastic injection.Molding machine in China is analyzed. The disparities of the machine structure and construction, the controlling system and etc. of plastic injection molding machine between China and foreign countries are summarized on the total technology status.We can work out the diameter of the hydraulic actuator and the pressure、flow、power of the actuator in the base of the giving date. Then, the system of the hydraulic schedule is established. We can check computations of the system after all the parts are chose. The design of the integrate valve and hydraulic station are the following step. We can draw a conclusion of the whole hydraulic system. ?
