In the digit landform map model , select non-code operation method , drafting landform sketch in situ by one or more person , logging coordinate of the measuring point into the EMS memory of total station and using the CASS mapping software of South Surveying to achieve data transfer with computer and mapping in the AutoCAD platform. I collected and summarized lots of relative material, and this paper is divided seven chapters. In the first chapter, the development history of digitized mapping will be introduced. The principle of digitized mapping will be elucidated in the second chapter. The third chapter includes some modes of digitized mapping.
