摘 要 现金流量管理是营运资金管理的重点，现金是否充裕直接影响到企业的健康发展。当前中小企业在现金管理中存在对现金流量重视不够、将利润等同于现金、缺乏现金管理制度等问题。对此，应通过提高对利润含金量重要性的认识，掌握中小企业现金流量控制的规律，加强现金预算控制，完善现金控制内部规章制度等措施，帮助中小企业加强现金管理，规避周转风险。 现金流量管理对企业的生存和发展意义重大，而中小企业因其经营管理的特殊性，其现金流量管理显得尤为重要。在市场经济条件下，企业的各项基本活动的进行都依赖于充裕的现金流，中小企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中生存下来，必须加强对现金流量的管理。Abstract Cash flow management is the key point of the working capital management. Whether the cash is abundant or not will directly influence the enterprises development. Currently, many problems exist in small and medium-sized enterprises. On one hand, they do not pay high attention on the cash flow.On the other hand,they treat profit as cash and lack cash management system. In order to strengthen the enterprises cash management and avoid turnover risk, mall and medium-sized enterprises should know more about the importance of profit,master the rule of cash flow control, strengthen the cash budget control,and perfect the rules of cash control. The cash flow management is significant to enterprises survival and development.Cash flow management apears especially important because of its operation particularity. Under the environment of market economy,the process of enterprise’s basic activity relies on the abundant cash flow.Small and medium-sized enterprises must strengthen the cash flow management if they want to survive in the intense market.
