生态文明与新科技 摘 要 生态文明，是人类遵循人与自然和谐发展规律，推进社会、经济和文化发展所取得的物质与精神成果的总和 关键词: 独断理性主义; 现代工业文明; 生态文明; 科技 Abstract Ecological civilization, is human to follow the human and the nature harmonious development law, promoting social, economic and cultural development has the sum of material and spiritual achievements .The debates on the future of industrial civilization are ones on modernity． The core of modern thoughts is dogmatical rationalism or scientism． Modern sciencetechnology is conquering sciencetechnology which is expanding with the growth of power． The civilization with the guidance of dogmatical rationalism and high modernism is the very modern industrial civilization expanding globally． But dogmatical rationalism is untenable，and modern industrial civilization is unsustainable． Human civilization has to go toward ecocivilization． To construct ecocivilization，it is necessary to encourage the ecological turning of sciencetechnology． Trying to understand nature but not trying to exhaust the whole secrets of nature is just the ecological turning of science． To go from conquering technology to tuning technology is just the ecological turning of technology． The poietic skill in ancient Greece and the agricultural skill in ancient China are both the typical tuning technology which can really support ecocivilization． Key words: dogmatical rationalism; modern industrial civilization; ecocivilization; sciencetechnology 现代工业文明既如日中天又危机四伏。自人类文明诞生以来，有哪一种文明如工业文明这样，不仅能养活60 多亿人口，还能保证满足人们日益膨胀的贪欲? 另一方面，自人类文明诞生以来，有哪一种文明把地球生物圈破坏得像今天这样满目疮痍? 工业文明的巨大成就得益于现代科技，工业文明的深重危机也源自现代科技发展方向的根本错误。本文将论证: 没有一场文明的革命，人类就不能续存; 没有科技的根本转向，就不可能有什么文明的革命。 一．生态文明的内涵 生态文明，是人类遵循人与自然和谐发展规律，推进社会、经济和文化发展所取得的物质与精神成果的总和；是指以人与自然、人与人和谐共生、全面发展、持续繁荣为基本宗旨的文化伦理形态。它是对人类长期以来主导人类社会的物质文明的反思，是对人与自然关系历史的总结和升华。其内涵具体包括以下几个方面：一是人与自然和谐的文化价值观。树立符合自然生态法则的文化价值需求，体悟自然是人类生命的依托，自然的消亡必然导致人类生命系统的消亡，尊重生命、爱护生命并不是人类对其他生命存在物的施舍，而是人类自身进步的需要，把对自然的爱护提升为一种不同于人类中心主义的宇宙情怀和内在精神信念。 二是生态系统可持续前提下的生产观。遵循生态系
