特种油开发公司66号计量站外输泵房工艺设计 摘 要 “计量站”是石油产品输送设计的重要内容，它为石油产品管道输送提供数据，是油田有序开采的标杆。本设计从工艺计算、文字说明和图纸绘制等方面对计量站结构形式及温压的设计进行详细而全面的介绍。该设计充分合理的利用了两地间的地形和自然环境，在给定的任务输量和原油物理性质下对该管道进行的一次科学计算，从而得出最适合该条件下的计量站的工艺要求，使输油的整个流程尽可能的简单可靠以及低能耗，以便于远程控制，实现自动化管理。 根据原油的性质，对两种管径下的三种出站温度进行经济计算、管路的水力计算和热力计算、选泵、热炉的功率选择和强度计算。在满足输送条件的基础上，选择其中最经济的管径与出站温度。根据工艺计算所得的数据绘制出计量站泵房安装图、计量站工艺流程图、计量站平面布置图。在满足生产要求的条件下，进行了较为经济合理的布局，并为管道将来的扩建和发展留有余地。为了设计的思路过程清晰化，附以文字说明。在布站的过程中，充分利用两地间的地形与高差进行合理布站。 关键词: 经济计算，热力计算，水力计算，泵。 Abstract The design of number 66 oil transmission pump room special oil development company technology metering station Metering station of crude oil pipeline is the important content of the petroleum product conveying design, it provides heat and pressure for transportion of petroleum products.This design gives a detailed introduction for the structure ,temperature and pressure of the interediate station by process calculation,words introduction and drawing etc.Xinmiao -- Changchun oil pipeline is length 109 kilometers, transporting 400 million tons every year.The design take advantage of the terrain and the natural environment sufficiention and reasonable betweenXinmiao and Changchunin. Under the given task throughput and the physical character of crude oil ,carry through a scientific computing and conclude the most suitable conditions and process requirement of the midpoint, making the whole process of oil is as far as possible simple, reliable and low energy consumption, so as to realizing the remote control ang automation management. According to the properties of Daqing oil ,carry through economic calculation,hydraulic calculation and thermodynamic calculation of pipeline, select the pump, hot stove power selection and strength calculation,under two diameters and three temperature .On the basis of contenting condition of tansportion, select the most economicl pipe diameter and temperature.
