本科学生毕业论文 环氧树脂基形状记忆材料的研究 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院 二○一一年六月 The Graduation Thesis for Bachelors Degree Epoxy resin matrix shape memory materials Candidate: Wang Huan Specialty: Materials Science and Engineering Class: 07-3 Supervisor: Lecturer Lin Peng Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2011-06·Harbin 摘 要 热固性树脂基形状记忆复合材料是展开结构的理想材料,能够在地面进行折叠封装,在通过加热可靠展开。本文开发一种形状记忆环氧树脂,对其性能、形状记忆原理进行研究;针对树脂体系存在的脆性问题,对树脂体系进行改性。 采用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)测试了树脂体系的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),在Tg之上进行形状折叠变形,确定出具有形状记忆效应的树脂配比。测试了树脂体系的折叠-展开回复形状记忆性能,树脂体系在经历一系列的热机械变形后回复原来形状的能力,形状回复温度对回复时间和力学性能的影响、形状变形循环次数对形状记忆性能和力学性能的影响。结合测试结果分析了环氧树脂的形状记忆机理。 分别采用蒙脱土与纳米SiO2对制备的形状记忆环氧树脂进行增韧改性。形状记忆性能测试显示,加入蒙脱土后,环氧树脂的形状回复时间缩短;随着测试温度的升高,增韧体系的回复时间缩短,回复速率加快。该体系具有优良的形状记忆性能;用纳米SiO2改性环氧树脂体系,改性树脂体系的强度和模量提高,但韧性没有得到有效改善。 关键词:环氧树脂;形状记忆;增韧改性;纳米SiO2;蒙脱土 ABSTRACT Shape memory thermoset resin composite is the ideal material for spatial deployable structure. It can be fold on the ground and be deployed on the orbit when heating. A kind of shape memory epoxy resin was developed and its performance, shape memory mechanics and reaction condition was discussed in this research.In view of the existed problem of the (Tg)prepared epoxy resin, the modification of this resin system was carried out. The glass transition temperature of the resin system was characterized by differential scanning calorimeters (DSC). Fold deformation was carried on above Tg and the best resin proportion that can show shape memory effect was determined. The influence of cross-linking degree on shape fold strain and mechanical property, the recovery ability of the epoxy resin after a series of heat- mechanical deformation, the influence of deformation recovery temperature on deformation recovery time and mechanical property, the influence of shape deform cycle-index on the shape memory property and mechanical property were discussed. The shape memory mechanism of epoxy resin was analyzed by employing these results. Montmor
