New Automobile Materials Application of new materials Main new materials used in our products: 1. New metal materials（新金属材料） ① Amorphous Alloys（非晶态合金） ②Shape Memory Alloys（形状记忆合金） 2. Ceramic materials (陶瓷材料) 1. New metal materials 1.1. Amorphous alloy（非晶态合金） strong tensile strength, used for tyre cord(轮胎帘线), reduce the weight of car’s tyre . Advantages: ①corrosion-resistant , ②wear-resistant, ③used to make the suspension spring（悬架弹簧）. 1.2. Shape Memory Alloys（形状记忆合金） The typical shape memory alloy are Ni-Ti alloys , Vehicle Ti50Ni50 always be used to manufacture : ①the fan automatic clutch ; 风扇自动离合器 ②tire studs ; 轮胎防滑钉 ③manual transmission ; 手动变速器 ④solenoid valves ; 电磁阀 ⑤ radiator gate valves; 散热器护栅活门 …… 2. Ceramic materials Species：have ordinary ceramics, glass and special ceramics. Features: bear high temperature, has high hardness, brittleness. Advantages: ① make the automobile engine and heat exchanger parts; ②the production of engine parts or machine ； ③improve the thermal efficiency； ④reduce energy consumption； ⑤ reduce the weight of whole car。 * Evaluation only.
