Keywords: Logistics ; knowledge ; social practice ; competent 摘 要 假期我与本班的黄力同学以及我校08级市场物流班的王雨萌组队有幸在位于西安未央区街道办建章路与丰产路十字东北角的西安海纳零担集装箱有限公司进行实践，通过实践了解西安海纳物流公司的历史背景、现状、物流运输业务、国内运输线路、分公司的经济状况、资产状况、公司的各项管理制度以及办事规则。尤其为了适应市场经济条件下市场的需求，公司进行了体制改革，转变经营观念，立足市场以求发展。重组后海纳零担集装箱运输有限公司是更具有活力、经营方式更加灵活的运输企业，具备合法、完整的经营手续及独立的企业法人资格. 物流是我们这学期开设的专业课，也是本次社会实践的主要内容。在寻找社会实践单位时我们就贴合主题，最终经过努力联系到了西安海纳运输公司的经理顾师傅。在实践过程中他负责安排我们的全部工作，并且在短短的一周多时间顾经理不但在生活中教会了我们许多知识，还在物流行业方面帮助我们去了解，熟悉，交流。在实践期间亲身使用了运输工具如手动叉车、拖车、液压车等，并且在公司的场站近距离接触了集装箱、托盘以及运输车辆。熟悉并了解了仓储的实际工作流程，填制托运单。通过实际的学习和工作结合了物流以及物流的知识。 关键字：物流，竞争，知识，社会实践
