This module serves as a guide to the auditor in completing the assessment of the HACCP plan during the audits. The auditor will determine whether or not the facility is complying with the specifications and requirements of The Coca-Cola Company by completing this audit module. This module is not intended to be used as a HACCP Certification Audit Tool. 此模块可作为审核员完成HACCP计划评估的指南。审核员完成此模块可以决定工厂是否符合可口可乐公司的规范要求。但此模块不能用作HACCP认证审计的工具。
