Other major European nations and the United States had also been industrialization and each was eager to protect its own market and expand its influence. The establishment of the German Empire in1871 upset the balance of power and the status-quo in Europe. Conflict of interests and colonial rivalry divided Europe into two camps ( the Aliens- Germany, Italy, and Austria- Hungary and Allies- Britain, France and Russia) . The conflict between the var
