（3）光功率故障 【现象描述】 现场开通时，ONU的REG灯一直闪烁，注册不上。 【处理过程】 1、光纤连接好之后，在网管上一直无法获取MAC地址； 2、现场ODN处分光出来测试光功率为-19dbm； 3、到用户处测ONU的收光为-26dbm，此收光光功率太小。检查发现用户侧光纤头太脏，用擦纤纸擦拭后收光达到-21dbm，再次接上光纤后，ONU的REG灯常亮，注册正常。 Evaluation only.
