丙酸锌合成工艺研究毕业论文
摘 要
丙酸锌是一种新型食品添加剂,属于丙酸盐的一种。食品添加剂丙酸锌不仅能延长食品的保质期,而且其中的锌离子还是人体代谢所需要的微量元素,一定条件下丙酸锌中所分解出来的丙酸也是人体和动物代谢的中间产物。除此之外,丙酸锌还能治疗由霉菌引起的皮肤病。因此,合成具有防腐和补锌双重作用的丙酸锌具有十分重要的意义。
本文以丙酸钙与硫酸锌为原料,以去离子水为溶剂,采用复分解的方法(即丙酸钙法),探讨了食品添加剂丙酸锌的最佳合成工艺条件,同时运用红外光谱分析对目标产物进行了表征。
其主要内容与结论如下:在常规水浴加热条件下,考察了反应温度、反应时间、物料摩尔比(丙酸钙比硫酸锌)、去离子水量、搅拌频率等因素对丙酸锌产率以及纯度的影响,确定了食品添加剂丙酸锌制备的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,反应温度80 ℃,反应时间40 min,物料摩尔比1.2:1,去离子水量约为55 mL,在最佳工艺条件下丙酸锌产率可达89.4%。

Abstract
Zinc propionate is a new food additive, belongs to a kind of propionic acid salt. Zinc propionate as food additive can not only prolong the time for eating the food, but also the zinc ions of zinc propionate as trace elements are needed by human body metabolism, the prop ionic acid in the decomposition of zinc propionate also are the middle of the metabolism product of human and animal. Therefore, the synthesis of anticorrosive and zinc supplementation of zinc propionate has very important significance.
In this paper, with the water as the solvent, zinc propionate was synthesized from calcium propionate and zinc sulfate as the raw material under the condition of conventional water bath heating, using complex decomposition method . The product was tested by IR spectra coordination method.
The main contents and conclusions are as follows : The synthesis for the technological conditions of zinc propionate was discussed under the condition of conventional water bath heating, all of the effects of the reaction temperature, the reaction time , material mole ratio n(propionic acid): n(zinc oxide), deionized water , stirring frequency , make sure the optimum conditions for preparation of food additives, zinc propionate . Experimental resuits show that the reaction temperature was 80 ℃, the reaction time was 40min , the feed ratio n(propionic acid): n(zinc oxide) was 1.2:1, the deionized water was 55 mL. The yield of zinc propionate under the optimum technological conditions was 89.4%.
