药剂学专业实验论文 学 校：青岛科技大学 学 院：化工学院 专业班级：药物制剂09级1班 指导老师：公衍玲 姓 名：郭明美 学 号：0901011628 复方双黄连胶囊的研制 郭明美，刘旗，陈艳 青岛科技大学化工学院，山东青岛266042 摘要： 目的 通过对复方双黄连胶囊制备的整个过程，掌握常用的中药提取方法及原理，旋转蒸发仪、真空干燥器的使用；熟悉湿法制粒过程；根据《中国药典》规定掌握胶囊剂项下的质量检查项目和检查方法；掌握薄层色谱的操作技术、崩解仪、及紫外分光光度计的使用；利用统计法观察双黄连对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的作用。方法 水煎煮法提取金银花、连翘和黄芩，湿法制粒制备胶囊，薄层鉴别法进行胶囊剂鉴别，使用崩解仪测定胶囊的崩解时限，双波长分光光度法测定双黄连胶囊中黄芩苷含量，用小鼠耳肿胀模型进行双黄连胶囊的药效学研究。结果 四个组合作用水煎法提取中药共制得到复方双黄连胶囊40粒，胶囊质量符合要求，制备的胶囊具有抗炎作用。结论 用水煎煮法提取中药成分，制备出的复方双黄连胶囊对小鼠具抗炎作用 ，且药量越大，抗炎效果越好。 关键词：复方双黄连，胶囊，湿法制粒，鉴别，检查，含量测定，药效学 Preparation of compound Shuanghuanglian capsules Guo Mingmei，Liu Qi,Chen Yan College of Chemical Engineering,Qingdao University of Science and Technology,Qingdao 266042,China Abstract：objective From the whole preparation process of compound Shuanghuanglian capsules,to master the usually extraction methods and principles of traditional Chinese medicine,the use of Rotating evaporation instrument and vacuum dryer;To know the process of making wet granulation ; according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia,to master the methods for the examination of the quality of the capsules and pharmacodynamic research methods; to master Thin layer chromatography technique and the use of Disintegration apparatus and Uv spect rophotometry; using statistical method statistics observation of Shuanghuanglian xylene induced mouse ear swelling.Methods Chinese medicine –Jinyinhua、Lianqiao and Huangqing were extracted using the method of Boiling water extraction The capsules were prepared by wet granulating.and,identified using the method of TLC identification.The disintegration time of the capsule was tested using Disintegration apparatus.The content of Huangqin in compound Shuanghuanglian capsules was determined by using the method of dual wavelength spectrophotometry.
