摘 要 自工业革命以来，能源一直是社会经济发展的原动力，每一次能源格局的演变都最终带来了生产力的巨大进步和工业的革命。过去一个世纪，受益于化石能源的大规模使用，人类社会创造了盛况空前的文明。然而，化石能源不可再生，终将面临消耗殆尽的窘境。同时化石能源使用过程中会有大量污染物排放，给全世界带来了以温室效应为代表的巨大环境危机。在能源和环境的巨大挑战面前，世界各国就此达成了一个共识：目前的能源格局是不可持续的。在传统能源不断消减的情况下，新能源行业必将不断发展壮大成为今后的热点行业。 本文在大量文献查阅和综述的基础上，从投资者的角度出发，通过对宏观、中观以及微观的公司基本面分析，利用投资价值综合评价方法对我国新能源行业上市公司进行了投资价值分析，首先对上市公司的整体素质进行评价，包括企业的盈利能力、偿债能力、资产管理能力、成长性、股本结构，并在此基础上，结合其市场表现进行投资价值分析，通过研究，给出投资建议。 关键词：新能源；分析；上市公司 ABSTRACT Since the industrial revolution, energy has been the driving force of social and economic development. Each generation of energy evolution result a tremendous progression productivity and industrial revolution. Over the past century, benefit from the massive use of fossil fuels, human beings has created a brilliant civilization. However, non-renewable fossil fuels will eventually face the dilemma of depletion. Also, it is clear that no country in the world is untouched by the negative environmental effects of petroleum extraction, such as greenhouse effect. Facing to the challenges of energy and environment issues, a consensus has been reached globally: the energy-providing situation is currently on continual. Under the situation of continuous reduction in traditional sources of energy, the new energy industry has been well developed and will turn into the coming popular industry. The new energy industry is the industry with high investment value in recent years. The thesis established the evaluation indexes system of the investment value on new energy industry listed firms.
