压力管道塑性理论分析.
摘 要压力管道是现在流程工业中重要组成部分,而在役工业压力管道中普遍存在着大量受极限内压、扭矩、轴力及载荷组合作用问题,但在国内外对此类的研究相对较少,尤其是在内压、弯矩组合载荷和轴力、扭矩组合载荷作用下压力管道的极限载荷研究更少。本文对工业中常用的压力管道为研究对象,通过理论分析得到了内压、扭矩、轴力及载荷组合作用下压力管道危险点以及失效时轴力、弯矩和内压的解析式。通过有限元计算,详细研究了单一内压、单一轴力,单一弯矩及作用下管道塑性极限荷载,主要考察了内压、扭矩、轴力及载荷组合作用对管道极限承载能力的影响。本文的主要研究内容和结论如下:建立了压力管道的三维有限元计算模型,编制出适合本课题需要的有限元前处理及计算程序。对压力管道塑性极限载荷的影响因素进行简化,完成单一内压、单一弯矩,单一轴力载荷作用下压力管道的塑性极限载荷计算。通过对有限元计算所得图形曲线进行研究,获得图形数据和内压、扭矩、轴力及载荷组合作用下与理论结果进行比较。关键词:压力管道 组合载荷 塑性极限分析 有限元法 AbstractPressure pipeline is the important part in the process industry now, and in the service of industrial pressure pipe generally have large within the limit pressure, torque, axial force and load effect combination problem, but for such research at home and abroad is relatively few, especially internal pressure, moment combination load and axial force, torque under combined loads of pipeline pressure study on limit load of less.This paper on industry commonly used through steel tube as the research object, through theoretical analysis by the pressure, torque, axial force and load combination. Under a pipeline hazard failure of axial force, bending moment and internal pressure formula, the formula represents a pipeline collection design load.?Through the finite element calculation, detailed study single inner pressure, single axis force and pipelines under the single moment and plastic limit load, mainly inspects the internal pressure, torque, axial force and load combination.
