变电站动力环境自动化监控系统的设计..docx

摘要变电站作为电力通信网的重要组成部分，其通信机房环境温湿度变化、通信直流电源蓄电池的监控情况、人为破坏等不安全因素对电力系统的安全运行产生极大的负面影响，需要加强对无人值班电力通信室内通信电源及温度环境进行监控，提高电力系统整体可靠稳定性，增强公司的整体服务水平。本课题所设计的变电站动力环境自动化监控系统所采用的技术架构是B/S架构，开发工具是Visual Studio 2008，数据库选用的是微软的SQL SERVER 2008。本课题将对电业局电力通信网络进行分析，研究通信网络重要变电站点数据业务量、具体设备量、负荷量等，对动力环境监控进行基础研究，并与电力通信系统现状相结合，使电业局通信系统加入对动力环境自动化监控系统分析功能，建设集管理、告警、存储、分析、优化为一体的动力环境监控平台，对电力通信网安全稳定运行进行服务。具体来说，系统应当提供辖内每个变电站通信电源的状态在线数据及相应环境状态数据，以便监控中心更方便的监控变电站设备运行状态和环境状态，为企业管理人员提供分析优化数据支持。本系统用户界面友好、操作简单、安全高效，对机房用户监控功能强大，大大节省了机房管理所需的人力、无力，从而节省了财力，对提高电业局信息化进程有重要的现实意义。当前系统已经成功的运行在了XX变电站，运行良好，得到了一线工作人员的一致好评。关键词：信息技术，动力环境，通信，监控AbstractAs an important part of the electric power communication network in substations and its communications room temperature and humidity change, communications DC power battery monitoring, vandalism and other unsafe safe operation of power systems have a significant negative impact on, need to be strengthened for unattended indoor communication power supply and temperature environment of electric power communication monitoring, improving the overall reliability of power system stability, and improve overall service levels.The subject design of substation power environment automatic monitoring and control system the technology architecture is used by b/s structure, development tool is a Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft SQL SERVER 2008 database using a.
