It is easy to find that when a Chinese student speaks English, his or her English sounds like Chinese. Therefore, the influence of mother tongue called language transfer also have an effect on different levels of the other language, such as phonetics, phonology, semantics, discourse and syntax. Language transfer originated from psychology, which may be either positive or negative.
