The Safer Migration Project (SaMi) is a bilateral initiative between the Government of Switzerland and the Government of Nepal. The project is implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Nepal and Ministry of labour and Employment with the purpose to contribute to safer migration to facilitate Department of Foreign Employment to upgrade its Foreign Employment Information Management System (FEIMS). Suppliers interested in bid shall submit photocopy of firm registration, sole agency letter, catalogue/leaflet, recent tax clearance certificate, VAT/PAN certificates and other relevant document along with?bid document. The sole distributors/ Suppliers with experience of successfully supplying and deploying IT equipment and certificates fulfil the requirements for minimum three years are eligible for bidding. Bidding documents of technical specification can be downloaded from the purchaser’s web page /en/about/jobs/ by eligible Bidders, from the next day of publication of this notice. All offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before 13:00 hours, 29th December 2016. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
