Management Document Document No.: AD-MD-15Promulgation Date: 2014-07-15Page(s): 10Attached Sheet(s):Subject: Company Cars ManagementImplementing Regulation.PurposeHereby the regulation is constituted in order to segment the routine management of company cars and drivers, define the rights and responsibilities of vehicle repair、maintenance、fueling、washing and application as well as maximize the efficiencyin the usage of vehicles and make sure the safety.DefinitionThe cars in this regulation apply to commercial cars、shuttle bus etc. All the vehicles including cars for managers、BU or administration department are unifiedly managed by administration department.Driver is who drives for company full-time or the person who drives company cartemporarily.Normally, chauffeurs are equipped with cars and anyone others won’t be allowed to drive in principle. However, if company cars need to be borrowed by anyone others in company in particular cases, chauffeurs should be responsible for checking if the person who borrows the car has legal qualification for driving(including the validity 、type and authenticity of driving license ). It’s forbidden to lend cars to anyone who hasn’t driving license to drive or practise driving. And nobody is allowed to take advantage of company cars to study driving.Qualification of drivers:Professional driver：The driving license B2 or above with skilled driving and professional training is a must.Non-professional drivers：The staff who has the driving license C1 or above with at least3 years rich driving experience and get pass from professional driver is a must.Driver ManagementDriver must obey the law of the peoples republic of china on road traffic safety and other regulations relevant to the traffic safety and drive safely.Driver should strictly obey the rules and regulations of driving company cars and refuse to drive the passenger who is on business trip to deal with personal affairs.Driver shou
