慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者应用家庭无创通气疗效观察 [摘要] 目的：探讨应用家庭无创通气对慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD) 患者的疗效。方法：选取我院自2011年1月～2012年12月收治的COPD急性加重期患者108例，将其作为临床研究对象，随机分成治疗组、对照组两组各54例，对照组予以家庭间断低流量鼻导管吸氧治疗, 实验组予以家庭无创通气治疗; 观察两组患者治疗后疗效情况。结果：对照组患者PH、氧分压较治疗组低，治疗组二氧化碳分压较对照组低，治疗组明显好转患者26例（48.15%）较对照组明显好转患者12例（22.22%）多，且治疗组患者不良反应少，P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论：家庭无创通气治疗和护理, 可减少年住院次数、年急诊次数并改善肺功能, 方法简便易行, 值得临床推广。 [关键词] COPD；无创呼吸机；临床疗效 慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD) 是一种具有气流受限特征的疾病,其发病原因多样，通常与肺部对有害颗粒的异常炎症反应有关。临床治疗常采用无创通气治疗，即双水平气道正压呼吸机(BiPAP),是随着近年来呼吸机及其面罩的改善以及时对呼吸性疾病的不断研究深入的结果，患者通常采用鼻罩或全面罩呼吸,从而促进氧气进入肺部,帮助二氧化碳的排出,增加肺部通气,改善呼吸功能,防止多脏器功能衰竭;很多资料显示使用无创机械通气对患者有明显改善[1]，现报告如下： [Summary] objective: to study the family of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patient outcomes.
