国有企业产权制度的改革理论综述 内容摘要：西方对产权理论的研究始于20世纪30年代，与西方产权理论的研究相比我国产权理论研究则起步较晚，比较系统的理论研究始于20世纪80年代中期。本文将我国对国有企业产权制度的改革理论研究主要分为四类：一、通过对西方产权理论的介绍和我国对国有企业产权的特征和流动性的分析说明中国对国有企业进行产权改革的动机和合理性。二、通过研究中国国有企业产权的市场化演进趋势总结中国国有企业在产权改革中得到的经验和教训。三通过研究西方国家国有企业发展模式与产权特征，分析各种产权形式的利弊，为中国国有企业的进一步产权改革有着借鉴意义。四、探讨经济转型期中国国有企业产权形式的选择和产权改革的路径。 关键词： 国有企业 ；产权制度 ；改革；市场化 ；综述 A Review of Studies of Property Right Reformation on State Owned Enterprise Abstract: Western theory of property rights of the study began in the 1930s, and the western theory of property in China than property rights theory research is startting evening, systematic theoretical study began in the middle of 1980s.The essay introduces Chinese state-owned enterprises system of property rights reform theory research mainly divided into four categories .By introducing the theory of property right abroad and analyzing Chinese state-owned enterprise property right characteristic and liquidity., The first category explains China of state-owned enterprises undertake property right reform motive and rationality.
