碱激发胶凝材料.
摘要
碱激发矿渣胶凝材料跟传统水泥相比,具有较高的强度,较低的水化热,以及较好的快硬性、抗腐蚀性、抗冻性、护筋性等优异的性能,并且生产工艺简单、投资少、能耗低、污染小、矿渣的利用率高,目前成为胶凝材料领域研究的热点。
本论文研究利用高炉矿渣制备胶凝材料,选取氢氧化钠溶液作为激发剂,并在其中加入一定量碱渣作为缓凝剂,研究了激发剂的不同浓度以及不同固料比(矿渣与碱渣质量之比)对碱激发矿渣胶凝材料的抗压强度以及凝结时间等性能的影响。

Abstract
In comparison with traditional cement, alkali-activated slag cementitious material has excellent properties, including higher intensity, lower hydration heat, and higher hardening rate, as well as higher performances in corrosion resistance, frost resistance and reinforcing steel bar protection. Furthermore, the production process of alkali-activated cement is simple with low investment, low energy consumption and little pollution. It also offer a way of utilization of industrial waste such as slag and the like. Hence, alkali-activated cement has become a research hot spot of cementitious materials field at present.
Cementitious material was produced by using blast-furnace slag as raw material,along with sodium hydroxide as activators and green mud as setting retarder. Effects of activator concentration and mix proportion on the properties of cementitious material including compressive strength and setting time were studied.
