Then, an example is given to the two classic experiments on the study of the silicon carbide at home and abroad. In detail elaborated the present development of silicon carbide industry in China and silicon carbide in real life. Lists the application to the silicon carbide, the outlook for the future development of silicon carbide and other detailed forecasts. In the research and development of silicon carbide, both at home and abroad are gradually improve the understanding and application of it, but for silicon carbide in the actual application are still not make specific and detailed in this paper. The development and application of silicon carbide research in the future and application field of silicon carbide materials, etc. In this paper, research and development of silicon carbide as a comprehensive discussion and summary.
