（ 二 〇 一 五 年 十二 月  摘 要 机械旋耕灭茬技术是对传统的耕作技术——机械翻、耙、压耕作模式的重大改革。它是利用旋耕机、灭茬机、联合整地机与其配套的拖拉机所进行的一次性耕地作业技术。现在对于地上秸秆的还田技术已经趋于成熟。但对于根茬，尤其是对玉米根茬的处理。依然是困扰广大农民的一大难题。旋耕灭茬机的总体及单侧边传动装置设计，来源于生产实际。本设计主要是在普通卧式旋耕机的基础上改进设计,使之既能旋耕又能灭荐，以实现一体机多用。 设计的主要内容为：总体方案从确定、灭茬状态总装配图，设计单侧边或中间齿轮传动装置和刀辊轴。通过改进设计，增加刀辊轴的转速和转向。在工作时，通过适当的拆卸和改装，就可实现不同功能的作业，以为达到一体机多能的目的。旋耕灭茬积及总体单侧边转动装置的设计解决了现有旋耕机只能旋耕不能灭茬而灭茬机又只能灭茬不能旋耕的问题。 关键词：灭茬机；旋耕机；单侧边传动装置；刀辊轴；压耕  Abstract Rotary Tillage Stubble Cleaner .The traditional farming, machinery, farming, the double major reform mode.
