摘 要 市场经济条件下，现代企业是一种资金流转的动态体系，而会计工作是维持这一体系运转并提高其效率的重要动力之一，因此会计在企业管理中的地位不言而喻。于此同时，会计工作与企业的各项管理工作都密不可分，且起到举足轻重的作用。然而，当前会计工作还存在不同程度的问题，已经影响到企业的快速发展。因此，在企业管理中，采取有效措施对会计工作加以改善便显得越发紧迫和重要。该文正是从会计与企业管理的重要关系入手，层层深入、循序渐进，最终给出合理措施，具体研究如下： 首先，本文简要介绍了研究背景、研究意义；其次，阐述了会计与企业管理的基本理论、相互关系以及会计在企业管理中的重要地位；然后，进一步对会计在企业管理中的现状及存在五方面问题加以分析、研究；最后，针对存在的具体问题，就如何提升会计在企业管理中的地位提出健全企业管理制度、改变传统观念、提升会计人员素质及发挥会计职能这四点建议，以期为提升企业效益和促进经济发展提供帮助。 关键词：会计；企业；企业管理 Abstract Under the conditions of a market economy, the modern enterprise is a dynamic system of a flow of funds, accounting is one of the important driving force to maintain the system operation and improve efficiency, the status of accounting in business management is self-evident.
