天津科技大学 《食品营养与健康》本科生课程论文 食品营养影响人类健康 Food nutrition affects human health 学生姓名：胡雨晴 学 号专 业：财务管理 学 院：经济与管理学院  摘 要 随着人类历史进程的发展，食品的营养与安全提上了讨论的日程。越来越多的人开始注重食品的营养，许多健康食谱以及营养师的出现恰恰说明了人类关于食品的需求正在一步步的提高。 本文就我国的食品营养领域和安全领域的现状以及原因进行了分析，对目前并不乐观的食品生产与流通提出了改进的方法。从严格监控和规范立法几个方面进行提升，可以切实有效的改善我国食品领域的现状。 其次，本文就我国居民因营养问题而引发的疾病进行了总结，同时也提出了如何解决的方案。 最后，对不同人群的营养摄取倾向进行比较详尽的论述。分别从几大人群入手，将其仔细剖析，做出最科学的营养摄入比例。 本文旨在重视营养科普，让人民群众接受平衡膳食的主张。 关键词：食品；健康；营养摄入量；疾病  ABSTRACT With the development of human history, food nutrition and safety has been presently put on the agenda .There are more and more people began to pay attention to food nutrition, healthy recipes, and the popularity of nutritionists precisely indicates that the food w demand of human is on a increase step by step. In this paper, the field of nutrition and food, and the current status and the reasons of food security were analyzed. Moreover methods of how to enhance the unpreferable food production and circulation were recommended. Through strict monitor and regulate measures together with legislation, the improvement of the status of food industry can be achieved. Secondly, the writer not only summarized the diseases caused by nutritional problems domestically, but also offered several solutions to the issue.  Finally, this paper concluded the different tendencies of different blocks of populations of China, The discussion started from a few large groups respectively and accordingly made the most scientific nutritional ratio.  This paper emphasizes the popularization of science of nutrition, so that the people will accept the idea of ??balanced diet.
