内容提要:
领导者是一个组织中的核心人物,是实现领导过程的个人或集体。领导者的工作就在于引导组织中的全体人员有效地领会组织目标,使全体人员充满信心,保证更有效地、更协调地实现组织目标。凝聚力是人际相互作用力中的最基本的力量,表现为成员对群体的认同感、归属感和力量感,是组织成员相互吸引及共同参与组织目标的程度。它源于人们在社会生产中或与他人合作、交往中所产生的个人对集体的依赖性。它也是一个组织或一个群体成员彼此间的“粘合力”。领导者在决策、沟通、授权、激励等方面的能力产生着强烈的影响。组织凝聚力与领导者的能力是息息相关,密不可分的。
