烯丙基氯工藝过程设计.doc

摘 要 烯丙基氯又名3－氯丙烯，无色易燃液体，有腐蚀性和刺激性臭味。烯丙基氯作为一种重要的石油化工中间产品，一般不直接作为商品出售。烯丙基氯的主要用途就是生产环氧氯丙烷。在工业上主要有两种制备方法即丙烯高温氯化法和丙烯氧氯化法。目前，世界上烯丙基氯生产能力约为90万吨／a。 Aspen Plus是生产装置设计、稳态模拟和优化的大型通用流程模拟系统。 Aspen Plus软件对化工过程进行设计不仅可以准确的再现化工生产过程，而且大大缩短设计时间，降低设计消费。Aspen Plus 在整个工艺装置的从研发、工程到生产生命周期中，提供了经过验证的巨大的经济效益。 本文使用Aspen Plus软件，对烯丙基氯的生产过程进行了概念设计。首先，根据相关的烯丙基氯的生产过程，选择了最优的烯丙基氯的生产工艺，确定了烯丙基氯的生产流程，其中包括换热器，吸收塔，共沸塔。根据各单元操作的工艺特点及优化操作参数，降低操作费用和公用工程的费用，对流程作经济权衡，节省生产成本。 通过对烯丙基氯的生产过程的设计以及各参数的优化，我们得到了一套比较合理的流程和参数，根据Aspen Plus的结果表明，产品的纯度和收率，达到了项目的要求。 关键词：Aspen Plus，烯丙基氯，优化设计Abstract Allylic chlorine, also names 3- allyl chloride, appearance is colorless flammable liquid, has corrosiveness and the irritant smell.
