中澳之对待英语课程导入部分的不同态度 大厂高级中学 刘玮 【问题的背景】 2013年2月至4月,我有幸参加了省教育厅针对青年英语教师的海外培训,在澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学接受了2个月的“浸入式”英语课程培训。此次海外培训,使我在英语教学的各个方面开阔了眼界,也有很多借鉴到国内英语教学的方面。尤其对于海外培训的总结项目“微格教学”上,我有了很多新的想法。于是,我一回国上班,就“现学现卖”式地运用在澳获得的想法,进行了模块一word power: sports部分的导入,步骤(用澳大利亚版的教学方式)如下: 教学设计部分: Activity Chosen: Hot potato(类似于中国击鼓传花的游戏:每人说一个关系词,然后传递物品,使物品不能停在某一个人手里) Which skills are your students practicing in this activity? Arouse students’ interest in sports, make students prepare for the section well. What materials or teaching tools are you using? Vocabulary What are your instructions? Free talk ---- talk freely to me Hot potato---guide them how to play the game by giving examples Pair work---ask them to discuss it first, then report it to me How will you model the activity? Give instruction and rules first, then do an example for them What feedback will you give? Give a conclusion about everyone’s interest in sports What work will you do on the white board? Three questions: What have you done for our school sports meeting? How many kinds of sports can you name? Among all kinds of sports, which do you like most? New words: fencing weighting squash aerobics triathlon shooting water polo What problems might you encounter and how will you deal with them? Students don’t know so many sports’ name, I can give them gestures to help them get more clues, and then they can guess some sports’ names. II. 教案部分 Time Interaction Activity 1 T→Ss Greeting: introduce the topic” sports”, and then have a free talk about a question ”What have you done for our school sports meeting?” 2 Ss→T Ask two students to answer the question 3 T→Ss First, ask Ss a question “How many kinds of sports can you name?” 4→5 T→Ss Then, ask them to play the game ”hot potato” by giving them instructions and rules: anyone who can’t answer/ stop the game should guess my gesture of sports 6 T→Ss Write down new words of sports 7 T→Ss Conclusi
