Description 职位描述
? Our team is seeking a highly motivated Research Engineer to signal processing and sound recognition RD activity in China
? Primary role is to develop sound signature recognitions algorithms and system design for mobile and industrial applications.
? Responsible for engaging with lead customers and turning customer requirements into implementation proposals and solutions
? Work with wider company resources to provide solutions for successful and timely product delivery
Duties and Responsibilities 岗位职责：
? Take guidelines from RD Manager to develop and execute leading edge signal processing projects,
? Develop new signal processing technologies for sound signature recognition, noise cancellation, acoustic beam forming applications
? Focus on evaluation of industry trends and technology supporting low power signal processing technology supporting next generation hardware architectures
? Responsible for writing technical documents, e.g. Implementation proposal, Design specification, Test Specification, and etc.
Outputs
? Proof of concept prototypes
? Intellectual property (Patent applications)
? Novel architectures and solutions
? Detailed technical design deliverables
? Integration and support of other related projects
Qualifications 要求：
? A broad background in signal processing design is preferred
? Deep understanding of pattern recognition, voice and sound recognition, noise cancelation technologies.
? MSc or Ph.D. (EE) required in signal processing systems
? 3+years experience, or equivalent in signal processing embedded software development is preferred
? Experience with fast prototyping signal processing applications and HW/SW integration test
? Expertise in Matlab simulation and Lab test equipment;
