《功率分流传动系统的扭力轴移频效应研究

摘 要本文的研究依托于×××项目大功率船用齿轮箱关键技术。本文仅仅针对齿轮箱中的传动系统,研究传动系统扭力轴直径变化对功率分流传动系统模态的影响。研究对象为与船用中速柴油发动机匹配的某大型减速齿轮箱系统。项目是针对目前我国在大型船用减速齿轮箱系统的动态设计手段欠缺、更新换代缓慢、自主设计和研发能力薄弱而确立的,其目的是研发和完善能与吨大型运输船舶和舰只相配套的大功率减速齿轮箱系统,为开发更大功率的船用减速齿轮箱系统作技术储备,并形成基于动态性能分析方法的箱体优化、减振降噪和抗冲击性能的设计技术。本文本文主要着眼于某大型船用功率分流传动系统,基于ansys软件对系统进行模态分析,得出扭力轴直径变动对系统模态的影响。论文的主要研究内容可归纳如下: 1)基于Pro/e建立了功率分流传动系统的参数化造型;2)基于ansys软件和Pro/e参数化造型建立有限元模型;3)在ansys中将齿轮啮合关系和滑动轴承支撑关系等效为弹簧单元;4)利用APDL命令流方式建立弹簧单元;5)对模型施加约束并求解;6)分析扭力轴直径对传动系统模态的影响。关键词: 功率分流传动系统,模态分析,扭力轴,移频 ABSTRACTIn this paper, the research on XXX project key technology high-power Marine gearbox. This article only study drive system of gear box, transmission torque shaft diameter changes on the influence of the power split transmission system mode. And Marine medium speed diesel engine matching was used to conduct the study of a large reduction gear system. Project is based on the current our country in large Marine reduction gear box system dynamic design means missing, update slow, weak capacity for independent design and development and establishment of the. The aim is to develop and perfect with tons of large transport ships and vessels matching power reduction gear box system, for the development of more powerful technical reserves, Marine reduction gear box system and form a body optimization based on dynamic performance analysis method, the design of the vibration noise reduction and shock resistance.In this paper, this paper mainly focuses on a large scale Marine power split transmission system, Modal analysis based on ansys software of the system, it is concluded that the torsion axis diameter changes will effect the mode of the system.
