河南省项城市社区体育发展现状调查研究 体育学院 体育教育专业 2012级 强哥 指导老师 *** 摘 要：随着我国综合国力增强，在全面建成小康社会的过程中，城市居民生活水平迅速提高，人们的生活价值观念开始转变，对身体和心理健康的认识越来越重视，进而对体育的需求也越来越强。社区体育是体育的一个分支，发展好社区体育对提高居民的身体素质和精神文化生活有巨大意义。本文选定河南省项城市社区体育的发展为研究对象，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、走访法、归纳总结法等方法对河南省项城市社区体育进行调查和分析，结果发现河南省项城市社区体育存在场地设施不足、社区指导员缺乏、经费来源不足等问题。针对这些不足，笔者提出了发展河南省项城市社区体育的可行性建议，为河南省项城市社区体育的发展提供理论参考。 关键词：社区体育；现状；对策；项城市 Abstract：With the enhancement of Chinas comprehensive national strength, in the completion of a comprehensive well-off society in the process, is a rapid increase in the standard of living of urban residents, peoples value concept of life began to change, understanding to the physical and mental health is more and more attention, and the demand of sports is also more and more strong. Community sports is a branch of sports, the development of good community sports to improve the physical quality of residents and spiritual and cultural life is of great significance. This article selected the development of community sports in Henan Province Xiangcheng city as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, field method, induction summary method was used to investigate and analyze the community sports, Xiangcheng City, Henan Province. The results showed that Henan Province Xiangcheng city community sports has field facilities is insufficient, lack of community instructors, source of funding shortage problem. To solve these problems, the author put forward the development of community sports in Xiangcheng, Henan Province, the feasibility of the proposal, Xiangcheng City, Henan province to provide theoretical reference for the development of community sports. Key words：community sports current sitration countermeasure Xiangcheng City 前言 我国大众体育发展战略规划《全民健身计划纲要》的颁布，是我国体育事业发展的一个全新高度，从最近几年全民健身开展实施的成绩来看，我国全民健身发展有了飞速提升，但是在场地设施、资源配置和人力资源管理方面都没有形成一个完整的服务体系。[1]国家针对大众体育的发展提出了从2000年到2010年再到2020年，全民健身形成“基本框架-基本建成-完善服务体系”的体系，这是激励我国城市社区体育的发展的动力。[2] 国内社区体育发展于二十世纪八十年代以前，社区体育以街道社区体育协会的形
