《论先秦儒家君子人格理论及其现代价值.doc

摘 要 在儒家传统文化中有一个重要组成部分就是君子人格学说，他体现了中国古代的理想人格，是民族心理和性格的组成，深深的沉淀在民族思想意识的行为规范里。在先秦就已经确定了君子人格理论框架的基本内容，先秦儒家的孔子、孟子、荀子是最主要的三个大家，他们的论说非常丰富。本文试图结合先秦儒家君子人格理论的研究成果，通过比较先秦孔、孟、荀君子人格学说的异同，研究探讨并整理先秦时期儒家学者对完美人格的培养、塑造和完善。本文通过对中国儒家先秦哲学的挖掘，分析儒家君子人格形象的种种，并对比先秦儒家先贤孔子、孟子、荀子对同一理想人格的不同构想，试图找出一种君子人格在现代生活的形象。 本文分为三个部分研究论述君子人格及他的现代价值。第一部分由引言和第一章组成，引言主要包括国内境外学者关于先秦儒家君子人格理论研究现状的文献综述，并在第一章阐述并分析了关于人格的定义和理解。第二部分包括第二章至第三章，论述了关于先秦儒家君子理论的特质，并对比先秦儒家同一人格形象的不同构想，引出君子人格培养途径。第三部分综合分析了君子人格的现代价值，着重从人格启示和经营伦理方面分析君子人格的现代价值观和借鉴意义。 君子人格思想的社会文化效应不仅仅局限于古代，就是在高速发展、日新月异的今天，君子人格也与中国民族走向现代化息息相关。我们需要认真讨论、研究和整理先秦儒家所提倡的君子人格，从而发掘他在人格特质中的现实意义。 关键词：儒家 君子 人格 道德 现代价值 Abstract Gentleman personality theory is an important part of the Confucian tradition culture, but also embodies the ancient Chinese ideal personality, it is the composition of the national psychology and character, deep precipitation in the national ideology of behavior.
