Through cost management, check, supervision and examination of the implementation of enterprises budget and cost plan, reflect the cost level and the performance of the cost control and cost check and measure the management level, evaluate the effectiveness of the cost management system, where the research can reduce costs, continuous improvement. In this article through to the yangquan three houses engineering co., LTD., analyzes the cost management, points out its problems existing in the cost management, and puts forward corresponding solutions. Based on the actual economic development in our country, we should comply with the requirement of times development, make full use of modern information technology development and the development experience and draw lessons from foreign advanced concepts, continuously shorten the gap with foreign cost management in our country, improve the level of cost management, so as to make the enterprise reasonable control costs, maximize economic benefits.
